1 serving Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla
0.33 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
0.33 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.1 serving Wafer Thin Ham
1 large Egg, Whole
0.13 cup Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Favorite Breakfast Burrito

  1. Add diced potato, chopped broccoli, and diced ham to pan and saute until cooked.

  2. Crack the egg over your potato mixture and scramble into it.

  3. Add cheese.

  4. Wrap up in whole wheat tortilla, top with hot sauce if desired.
