Recipe Ingredients for Favorite Bolegnase

2 tbs Olive Oil
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
6 tomatoes
400 g tomatoes
1 Pack passata
300 g Mince - Chilled
3 tbs tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Favorite Bolegnase

Add Olive oil to a large deep pan, Fry Chopped onion and very thinly sliced garlic until softened, if using vege. mince add tomatoes to onions and cook until softened then add frozen quorn mince and fry gently until it is thawed and fully broken up, then add passata and tinned chopped tomatoes stir well bring to boil, gently simmer for 15 mins add tomato puree to thicken sauce, cook for another 5 mins or until oil begins to sit on top of sauce. Serve on bed of spaghetti (wholemeal).
