Recipe Ingredients for Fava Bean Cassoulet

1 cup fava beans, soaked
1/4 cup carrots. diced
1/4 cup onions. diced
1/4 cup green peppers. diced
2 tbsp ginger. grated
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 cups water
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Fava Bean Cassoulet

Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables. Saute until onions turn translucent. Add water, bay leaves and fava beans. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes.
