I don't have fish sauce around, so this is as best as i can come up with...

Recipe Ingredients for Faux-Thai Peanut Sauce

2 tbsp Peanut Butter 100% Natural
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Faux-Thai Peanut Sauce

Mix all ingredients together. I used unsalted, unsweetened chunky peanut butter. Add water to adjust to desired consistency.
