0.5 cup Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 clove Garlic

  1. Roast garlic (no oil, in heavy foil)

  2. Drain and rinse white beans

  3. Mash white beans to desired consistency

  4. Add all ingredients
