Recipe Ingredients for faux egg McMuffin

46 1/2 grams Canadian Style Bacon
1 egg All Natural with Omega 3 Large Egg
34 1/10 grams Essential Flax Seed Bread
5 grams Cheese

Recipe Directions for faux egg McMuffin

  1. cut 2 bread slices with a coffee cup or something the size of a slice of canadian bacon. Toast the bread circles. Cook egg (yolk broken) and bacon slices (4) in 1/2 tsp EVOO. Add 1 tbsp parmesan cheese on egg to melt when you turn it.

  2. Place egg between slices of bacon and nosh!!!! Yummy
