Recipe Ingredients for Faux Cheesy Chick Peas

1 1/2 cups chick peas
1 1/2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Faux Cheesy Chick Peas

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss chick peas in a medium bowl with oil, nutritional yeast and salt. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 30 min, stirring occasionally, until golden and slightly crisp. Once cooled store in an air tight container.
