Recipe Ingredients for Faux Ceviche

20 ounces shrimp
2 small avocado, chopped
4 ounces lime juice
3/4 cups onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups tomato, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup jalepeno pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Faux Ceviche

  1. Defrost frozen, pre-cooked shrimp.

  2. Chop all veggies into bite size chunks.

  3. Mix lime juice, shrimp and veggies together in a large container and let sit for 15 minutes.
