Recipe Ingredients for fatsimon's muesli

1 kg rolled oats
250 g raw cashews
100 g blanched almonds
450 g raisins
150 g dried apricots
50 g flax seeds
3 g fennel seeds
50 g raw sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for fatsimon's muesli

  1. Almonds should be sliced

  2. Cashews should be in pieces

  3. Snip apricots into 2 or 3 bits each with scissors

  4. Vary types of raisins/sultanas

  5. Combine all and store as a breakfast cereal
