This is a healthy type of salad that can include all kinds of veggies. The dressing include olive oil, salt, lemon juice, dried mint, somack seasoning.Optional you can add bread crumbs.

mix all the vegetable together. On the side you can prepare the dressing by adding the lemon, olive oil, salt, dried mint, somack( it adds to the reciepe the sour taste) after mixing it you add it to the vegetable mix and mix well.
