Recipe Ingredients for fatnic blackbean and sweetcorn salad

28 oz tomatoes canned, chopped
14 oz sweetcorn
28 oz can black beans
2 tbs chopped onion
6 tbs olive oil
4 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs basil leaves
2 oz lime juice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for fatnic blackbean and sweetcorn salad

  1. Rinse and drain beans and sweetcorn

  2. Mix these with tinned tomatoes and chopped onion.

  3. Mix oil, vinegar, cumin, lime juice, seasoning.

  4. Dress beans.

  5. Toss in chopped up basil leaves. Serve.
