2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbs. horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup catsup

Recipe Directions for Father's Meat Loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. shape into loaves

  3. brush with catsup

  4. bake at 350 1 hour
