Recipe Ingredients for Fat Smash Banana Oatmeal Muffins

2 cups oatmeal, dry
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 banana
1/2 cup soy milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fat Smash Banana Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat over to 425.

  2. Combine oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

  3. In a seperate bowl mix egg whites, banana(mashed), milk and olive oil until well blended.

  4. Add wet and dry mixes together, and mix well.

  5. Bake 18-20 minutes at 400.
