Vegitarian crabcakes sans crab...so zucchini cakes. They taste pretty good.

Recipe Ingredients for The Fat Ironman's Zucchini Crabcakes

1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 small onion
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for The Fat Ironman's Zucchini Crabcakes

  1. Peel and then shred the zucchini.

  2. Chop the onion.

  3. Add the Zucchini, egg, onion, old bay seasoning, and bread crumbs together in a bowl and mix.

  4. Form into patties, dredge in flour then fry in a small amount of oil at the bottom of the pan.

  5. fry for a couple of minutes on each side or till slightly browned.
