Recipe Ingredients for The Fat Ironman's Black Bean Burger

12 oz black beans
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup oil

Recipe Directions for The Fat Ironman's Black Bean Burger

  1. Drain the beans

  2. add the beans, breadcrumbs, and egg in a large bowl and mix well. Add seasonings, i suggest a small amount (teaspoon or less) of liquid smoke, bacon salt, salt, garlic powder or minced garlic, etc)

  3. form into patties and bring a griddle or pan up to medium heat, add a small amount of oil to the bottom of the pan.

  4. cook on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
