Recipe Ingredients for Fat- Free Vanilla Pudding

1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Fat- Free Vanilla Pudding

  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine sugar and cornstarch.

  2. Gradually start to add milk, stirring constantly

  3. Continue to stir until mixture becomes bubly, and reaches desired thickness (about 5 minutes)

  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract

  5. Pour into 4 individual serving dishes and refridgerate until cold.
