2 cups fat free plain yogurt
2 cups frozen mixed berries
8 tbsp ground flaxseed

Recipe Directions for fat free plain yogurt with berries & flaxseed

mix all together day ahead so the sugars from the frozen berries sweeten the plain yogurt- I can get 5 servings out of this for lunch using about a cup per day- good for a snack at night also while others are eating ice cream
