Recipe Ingredients for Fat-free mashed potatoes

4 red potatoes
1/2 cup Fat free soymilk
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion flakes

Recipe Directions for Fat-free mashed potatoes

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

  2. 2. Meanwhile, cube potatoes (I leave the skins on for added nutrients and texture).

  3. 3. Add potatoes to the boiling water and cook until the potatoes are tender.

  4. 4. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.

  5. 5. Add a splash of soymilk, garlic powder and onion flakes.

  6. 6. Using an electronic mixer, whip mashed potatoes,

  7. 7. Add more soy milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.

  8. 8. Salt and pepper to taste.
