Recipe Ingredients for fat-free granola

1 cup puffed wheat
1 cup puffed rice
1 cup regular oats
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Recipe Directions for fat-free granola

  1. spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray

  2. In a bowl, combine ingredients

  3. Pour onto sprayed backing sheet

  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes

  5. Allow to cool
