Recipe Ingredients for Fat Free Egg and Cheese Sandwitch

2 slices Healthy Life Original 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread
1 serving Smart Beat 25 Calorie Cheese: Cholesterol Free
1/4 cup Original
0.5 oz Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo
0.33 tbsp Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions

Recipe Directions for Fat Free Egg and Cheese Sandwitch

  1. Preheat Skillett and spray w/Pam.

  2. Drop chopped onion and chorizo in skillet and cook for 2 min.

  3. Add Egg Beaters to Skillet and work into a rectangle.

  4. Toast bread lightly and spread a thin (1/2 tsp) layer of fat-free Mayo on each slice.

  5. Remove skillett from burner, Cover egg w/cheese, and cover skillet until cheese melts.

  6. Spice to taste and place between toast.
