Recipe Ingredients for fat-free cheesecake

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp. of flour
16 oz. non-fat cottage cheese
1 cup splenda
1/3 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for fat-free cheesecake

  1. place in blender ingredients in order until cheese.

  2. blend all ingredients, and then add in cottage cheese a little at a time. Then add in sugar also slowly. Raise blender speed to maximum and let blend about 3 minutes or so.

  3. Pour into sprayed 9" pan or small rectangle pan. Divide into 8 servings
