The perfect breakfast cake. The cornstarch can be substitute with fat-free coca powder or carruba seed flour. I've tried to find it into the ingredients list for the nutritional fact but i can't find it, so i added the cornstach, it's the same at the end.

Recipe Ingredients for Fat-Free Cake Vegan

250 g water
175 g all-purpose flour
100 g fructose
100 g cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Fat-Free Cake Vegan

  1. Turn on the oven to 375F - 180C

  2. Line a square baking pan with cooking paper.

  3. Stir all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add gradually the water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

  4. Drop into prepared baking pan.

  5. Bake 40 min in the preheated oven.

  6. Once ready cool on a wire rack. You can deep it in the coffe in the morning or you can wait to cool completely, slice in half and spread with your favorite jam, then cut into squares.
