Recipe Ingredients for Fat Free Banana Bread

2/3 cups sugar
1/8 cup applesauce
6 tablespoons egg substitute
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cups water
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Recipe Directions for Fat Free Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Beat sugar and applesauce until smooth.

  3. Add water, banana and egg substitute and beat until smooth.

  4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.

  5. Add the pineapple or fruit chunks of your choice and mix in with a spoon.

  6. Place batter in a bread pan. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until browned on top.
