Can add Spike for flavor and also salt and pepper as desired. 16 ounces of Muir Glen Tomato Puree may also be added but this will change the calorie and carbohydrate count.

Recipe Ingredients for Fat Flush Soup

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound lean ground turkey
20 ounces water
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped

Recipe Directions for Fat Flush Soup

  1. Brown meat and drain off fat.

  2. Place together with all other ingredients and simmer for one

  3. hour.

  4. Enjoy!
