1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
14 oz crushed tomatoes
32 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice Low Sodium
1 tbsp lemon juice
14 oz can beans
1 tbsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Fat Flush Soup CC

  1. In a stockpot heat oilve oil brown ground turkey drain and set aside

  2. saute onions garlic and peppers until soft about 5 min

  3. stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro and parsley cover and simmer 20 minutes

  4. stir in cilantro and parsley cover simmer 10

  5. If you want more heat add cayenne to taste

  6. stores in refrigerator up to 5 days and freezes well
