Tortillas - 2 each Zucchini (yellow and green) - 3 slices of each Tomato - 3 slices Beans - 1/2 cup Cheese - 1 cup Time to prep - 1minute Servings - 4

Recipe Ingredients for Fast Breakfast Pizza

2 tortilla Homestyle Flour Tortillas
6 slice Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
8 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
3 slice, thin/small Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Fast Breakfast Pizza

Sprinkle half amount of cheese on one tortilla, put zucchini, tomatoes and beans on top of it, sprinkle with the rest of cheese and cover with second tortilla. Microwave on one side, than on the other till cheese is melted. Good Appetite!
