1.25 cup Farro
16 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 oz Cucumber
5 oz White Onion
2 clove Garlic
1.5 serving Balsamic Vinegar
0.25 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Farro salad w tom, onion, cuke, pepper, etc.

Boil farro in 3.5 c. water for 30 min. Add chopped veget and vinegar and seasonings. Chill.
