Autumn farro salad (Williams-Sonoma Recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Farro Salad

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
3 tsp Quality Spices Cumin
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
3 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
3 oz Ricotta Salata
0.25 cup arils (seed/juice sacs) Pomegranates
1 cup Farro

Recipe Directions for Farro Salad

If using non-pearlized farro, cook in 3 cups water with 2 tbsp evoo. If pearlized, only 2 cups water
