8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 medium onions, cut into 1/4-inch dice (about 3 cups)
6 stalks celery
14 oz white bread, cubed
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/4 cups turkey stock

Recipe Directions for Farmhouse Herbed Stuffing

  1. Melt butter in pan.

  2. Stir in onion and celery, cook for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Add all other ingredients and stuff turkey.
