Recipe Ingredients for Farmhand Granola

250 g Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Farmhand Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until completely coated and evenly distributed. Spread in an even layer on a cookie sheet with sides lined with parchment. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to evenly toast granola. Let cool to room temperature and store in an air-tight container.
