Recipe Ingredients for Farmer's Market Mac 'n Cheese

1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 ea(255 g) Macaroni and Cheese
33 1/2 grams Kale
0.75 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.33 onion Yellow Onion
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Bundle Light Buttery Spread
1/4 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Farmer's Market Mac 'n Cheese

  1. cook maccaroni as per instructions on the box. Chop broccoli and when pasta is a couple minutes from al dente, throw in the broccoli to blanch.

  2. meanwhile, saute onion with garlic and butter, then add kale ,pepper and tomato.

  3. Drain pasta and broccoli, add the cheese mixture from the Amy's pack. add pepper onion mix. Stir. Add extra cheese or tomato sauce to taste. Stir well, keep on stove at low heat while serving.
