205 gram Turnip root

153 grams leeks

28 grams chicken bouillion
15 grams extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Farmer's Market Green Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute onions, leeks and garlic (all chopped) in oil in lg pot.

  2. Chop all remaining veggies, add to pot.

  3. Barely cover with water.

  4. Gently boil for about 20 minutes, until soft.Add salt (or Bragg's Liquid Amino), pepper and herbs to taste at very end of cooking.

  5. Puree in blender.
