Recipe Ingredients for Farmers Market Chopped Salad

4 cups Field Greens
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1/4 cup low-fat feta cheese
6 oz chicken breast, cooked skinless, boneless

Recipe Directions for Farmers Market Chopped Salad

Mix greens, bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, scallions, and cranberries in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. Fold in chicken. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired. Serves 2.
