Not the healthiest but good for company. Can substitute egg whites and LF cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Farmers Casserole

9 oz Shredded Hash Browns
4 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
2 oz Cheese
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 oz Cubed Ham
1 serving Real Bacon Pieces

Recipe Directions for Farmers Casserole

  1. Take 3 cups of frozen hash browns and spread at bottom of greased 8x8 baking dish

  2. Add ham, cheese, and bacon

  3. In mixing bowl add eggs, milk and salt & pepper if desired

  4. Pour entire mixture over the casserole

  5. Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 40-45 minutes.

  6. Let sit 5 minutes.
