Recipe Ingredients for Farmer's Casserole

3 cup Shredded Hash Browns
3 oz Cheddar Fat Free
8 oz Ham, Honey
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 large Egg, White
1.75 cup Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for Farmer's Casserole

  1. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange hash brown potatoes evenly in the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham (diced), and green onions (sliced).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk. Pour egg mixture over layers in dish.

  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until firm and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
