Recipe Ingredients for Farm Stir Fry

1 large Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
3 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Beet Greens
1 cup Chopped Turnip Greens
2 cup Chard, Swiss
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Edamame
1 tsp Gomasio (Sesame Salt), Organic
1 serving Hot Chili Sauce
8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
0.5 oz Dried Porcini Mushrooms
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Farm Stir Fry

  1. Saute vegetables in oil

  2. soak mushroom in water for 20 min

  3. put mushrooms and soaking water in stirfry

  4. add seasoning and cooked noodles
