180 g chickpea flour
50 ml olive oil
50 ml olive oil
2 cups water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Farinatta

  1. mix the flour with water in a bowl, and leave for at least ten hous.

  2. skim off any foam.

  3. mix salt and 50 ml of olive oil

  4. pour the remain of hte oil in a antiadherent pie mold.

  5. pour the batter.

  6. take it to a pre-heaten oven (450) for 30 to 35 min.

  7. sprinkle with pepper when it is ready.
