Delicious (and relatively easy to make)! Taken from 30 Minute Meals--A Common Sense Guide (though I used more spinach and pasta than called for, turkey bacon instead of regular, and a yellow onion rather than red).

Recipe Ingredients for Farfalle w/ Bacon & Spinach

1 1/2 oz Sweet Chili Sauce
6 oz Baby Spinach
1/2 medium raw Onion Yellow
10 slice Butterball Bacon Style Turkey
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
12 oz Farfalle
1 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Farfalle w/ Bacon & Spinach

  1. Cook pasta.

  2. Meanwhile, heat oil over high heat.

  3. Add bacon and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 3 min. or until lightly browned.

  4. Add the onion and cook for a further 4 min, or until softened.

  5. Toss the spinach leaves through the onion and bacon mixture for 30 sec. or until wilted.

  6. Add the bacon and spinach mixture to the drained pasta, then stir in the sweet chili sauce.

  7. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

  8. Toss well.

  9. Scatter with crumbled cheese and serve immediately.
