Tasty filling and healthy pasta salad...great as a main dish to satisfy that need for "comfort food".

Recipe Ingredients for Farfale Supreme

4 oz sun dried tomatoes
1 lb bow tie pasta
1 lb skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
6 oz Parmesan cheese
6 oz frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Farfale Supreme

Grill chicken breast and season to taste (with garlic pepper and Mrs Dash). Cook pasta as directed. Thaw, drain and squeeze juice out of spinach. Stir in large bowl and enjoy. May be served either hot or cold, I prefer it warm.
