Recipe Ingredients for Far East Salad

1/2 c. rice vinegar
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. cooked turkey, chopped
4 c. cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbs. sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Far East Salad

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, oil if you're using it and ginger. Add turkey and marinade for 15-30 min. In salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Just before serving, remove turkey from marinade. Reserve and pour marinade into cabbage mixture. Toss. Top with turkey.
