Recipe Ingredients for Faouzi's Mideterranean Beef Macaroni

6 large tomatoes
1 large onion
10 g Parsley
10 g Cilantro
4 cloves garlic
3 oz Vegetable Oil
16 oz Filet Mignon
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp curry
10 cups water
4 cups Elbow Macaroni

Recipe Directions for Faouzi's Mideterranean Beef Macaroni

  1. Peel tomaroes and chop them finely

  2. Chop Parsley and Cilantro

  3. Chop Onion

  4. Cut up filet mignon in small pieces

  5. finely slice garlic

  6. Mix above in a 4 QT pan

  7. Add oil, salt, black pepper, ginger and curry

  8. Cook until onions become translucid

  9. Add two cups of water and cook until water is reduced

  10. Add two more cups of water and cook until water is reduced

  11. Continue adding water and cooking until the beef is very tender

  12. In a separate 8 QT pan, fill with water. Add salt and a dash of oil.

  13. Bring water to a boil

  14. Add Elbow Pasta

  15. Cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is aldente

  16. Drain water

  17. Mix Pasta and sauce

  18. Add graded cheese

  19. Bon Apetit
