Recipe Ingredients for Fantasy Salad

1 3/10 oz. Boiled Egg
1 oz. Artichoke
1/10 oz. Smoked Bacon
1/10 oz. Cooked Potato
1 4/5 oz. Lettuce
7/20 oz. French Beans
2/5 oz. French Dressing
1/10 oz. Fresh Chives
1/10 oz. Fresh Basil

Recipe Directions for Fantasy Salad

  1. Poach egg, cool down in ice water.

  2. Cook artichoke and blanch french beans, cool both down in ice water.Cut smoke bacon brunoise.Make french dressing.

  3. Make potato gaulette, and put in oven. Wash lettuce, towel dry.

  4. Put salad on plate, dressing on top, mix artichoke with french beans, put on salad, put bacon also, poached egg and top with potato gaulette and fresh herbs.
