Holiday Fantasy Fudge from kraft marshmallow creme jar.

Recipe Ingredients for Fantasy Fudge

3 cups sugar
3/4 cups butter
5 ounce evaporated milk (small can)
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
7 ounce Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Fantasy Fudge

  1. Heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3-quart heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil on medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 240 degrees F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Stir in chocolate and marshmallow creme until melted, stir in vanilla.

  3. Spread immediately in foil-lined 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Cool to room temperature before slicing

  4. Cut into 81 (1 inch) squares. Store in airtight container. Makes 3 lbs, or 40 servings, 2 squares per serving.
