Recipe Ingredients for fanta chicken (vegetarian)

0.5 serving Chicken Style Pieces - Chilled
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 medium Onions
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
12 fl oz Fanta Zero Orange
0.5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for fanta chicken (vegetarian)

  1. slice mushrooms, onion and pepper and fry in a little oil for a few minutes or until they begin to soften

  2. add the tinned tomato, 330ml can of fanta zero and the quorn pices

  3. simmer for 30 minutes or until or the ingredients are cooked and the sauce has thickened

  4. once cooked stir in the pineapple and its ready to serve with white rice (made as packet suggests)
