3 bananas
2 eggs
1 c whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 c white flour
1/4 c wheat germ
1/2 c Sugar
1 t salt
1 t baking soda

Recipe Directions for Fanny Farmer Banana Bread revised

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Grease loaf pan

  3. Mix bananas and eggs together in large bowl

  4. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.

  5. Put batter in pan and bake 1 hour

  6. Remove from pan and place on rack to cool

  7. I assumed 2 slices equaled one serving
