Recipe Ingredients for Family Goulash

1 head cabbage
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 lb ground turkey 93% fat free
1 medium onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Family Goulash

  1. spray large frying pan with Pam spray, chop up cabbage and onions, cook ground turkey first, add onions mix together. add 28 oz can of diced tomatoes, add cabbage. cook for 20 - 30 mins on high/medium-high heat.

  2. Serve warm
