Recipe Ingredients for Family gazpacho

2 serving Tomato Juice
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.125 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Family gazpacho

Peel the tomatoes. Coarsely chop everything except garlic, which should be minced. Mix it all together and chill well.
