Recipe Ingredients for False Cabbage Rolls

500 g extra lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion
2 lb savoy cabbage
2 cans (264 mL each) condensed tomato soup
75 ml sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for False Cabbage Rolls

  1. Brown meat and onions in cooking pot.

  2. Stir frequently

  3. Add sliced cabbage, tomato soup and spices

  4. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender.

  5. Stir occasionally.

  6. Add sour cream and serve over rice / noodles or mashed potatoes.
