Recipe Ingredients for fallafall

1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
1/4 cup of onions
1/4 cup of cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup of nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for fallafall

  1. mix chickpeas and onions in a blender.

  2. bake at 350 or fry in oil

  3. mix yogurt and cucumber .

  4. put in pita pocket and enjoy
