Recipe Ingredients for Fall Spice Cake

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Fall Spice Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another.

  3. Add dry to wet and mix until just incorporated.

  4. Pour into greased 5x9 loaf pan and bake 45-55 min.
